We offer $15 flat-rate shipping Australia-wide using trusted courier services. At this stage, we do not offer international delivery.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of cookies, we do not accept returns for a change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or spoiled:

• We may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, subject to our discretion.
